We’re a growing electric vehicle startup, and we’re looking for a booking assistant who can help with local customers.

Most / all of the tasks are related to electric vehicles, so while it would be great if you knew something about EVs, it’s pretty easy to learn. 

 

Responsibilities include:

- Working with local customers to get the contracts signed

- Dealing with payments and extensions

- Working CRM and ERP systems to keep data updated

- Booking and managing local marketing teams

- Working with suppliers (mostly buying things online)

- Contacting channel partners

- Dealing with insurance companies

 

There are limited in-person requirements. While the job could be remote, it’s going to be easier if you have access to the cars occasionally 

 

Approximately 10-15hrs/week
